Statement on connection to the Internet by billingsMentor software

There is always risk that when you install software from a third party that the software may contain fraudulent components that connect to the Internet and make unspecified information transfers. This page contains a statement of all the Internet connections that are possible from the billingsMentor software.

billingsMentor sofware does not automatically connect to the Internet either for the purpose of sending information from your computer or for receiving notifications from the Internet. billingsMentor software does not collect any personal or personal identity information from your computer. The information that billingsMentor software may send over the internet upon your request is specified below.

There are four tools that are part of the billingsMentor software that the user may invoke to send information over the Internet.

1. Contact Us. This tool is used for the following purposes:
   It sends an email message input by the user to a specified recipient;
   It sends a survey form input by the user to the billingsMentor website;
   It sends a teaching disclaimer form input by the user to the billingsMentor website;

2. User Manual. This button sends a request to the billingsMentor website for a copy of the user manual. A webpage and a standard file download form are displayed. You can elect to display or save the manual.

3. Send Chart. This tool sends the user's fertility information as files attached to an email message to a specified recipient. These files can be imported to billingsMentor on another computer.

4. Buy Licence. This tool connects to the Internet and sends the information input by the user at that time to the billingsMentor website. It also sends the Windows volume identification number for the purpose of generating a licence key. The licence key is returned by email to the email address that the user specifies. The user may elect not to connect to the Internet and send the same information by fax or mail. On-line payment invokes PayPal secure merchant internet services.

5. Survey. This tool sends the data that the user inputs to the form entitled "Survey Questionnaire" to the billingsMentor website.

Teaching Service

1. Register. This tool sends the same information as when buying a licence. A password for using the teaching service is returned by email.

2. Charts and Messages. There are tools for communication with the teacher by sending charts and messages. These use file transfer protocol.
